Won't respond to return request

The wreaths were fine, but I didn't like the color and wanted to return them. I have contacted the company 5 times now (they don't have a phone #, only email). They will not respond to me. I even tried the chat option on their website and they won't reply. I only have 15 days to do a return, and I feel like they're just running that time out. I've been trying to do this return since the first day I recived them.
