Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we are here to help. Please review our return policy below:

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 15 days of delivery.
  • The item must be in its original condition: unused and with all tags attached and in the original packaging.

Some items, such as personalized, sale, or clearance items, may not be eligible for returns. Please check the product description for more information.

 Floral Returns Policy

·       If Damaged And No Exchange:   No Charge Shipping Product Back, Full Credit Back (Images Required) 

·       Damaged Exchange:                      No Charges For Shipping Products Back (Images Required), replacement will be issued

·       Buyers Remorse:                            We do accept returns within 15 days, Shipping Charges will be deducted to Receive Item Back

3. Refunds

  • Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
  • Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method. Please note that the refund may take 7-10 days to appear on your account, depending on your bank or card issuer.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective item).

4. Return Shipping

  • You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item. In cases where the return is due to an error or defect, we will provide a prepaid return label.

5. Non-Returnable Items

  • The following items are not eligible for return:
    • Furniture
    • Custom items
    • Paintings
    • Gift cards

6. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at orders@totallyglams.com with photos of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the situation as quickly as possible.

·       Damaged Exchange:                      No Charges for Shipping Products Back (Images Required).

·       Missing Packages:

If your package is not received within 7 days of the scheduled delivery from your tracking information you must contact us immediately.

Your package will not be eligible for refund or filing any claims. By not contacting us you are certifying that your package was received. You are responsible for securing your shipment safely once delivered.  

We will require photos of the damaged items in order to be eligible for a refund or replacement.

7. Order Cancellations 

All orders are automatically processed on our secure merchant processor and sent for shipment as soon as they are placed. During this process we incur irreversible fees. Therefore, while we understand that orders might need to be changed sometimes, we are unable to do it free of charge. We adhere to the following cancellation policy:

If you cancel your order BEFORE it has been shipped, you will be assessed a 5% cancellation fee before credit is issued.

If you cancel your order AFTER it has been shipped, please follow our Return Policy and procedures. The cancellation will have to be treated as a return with all applicable fees.

8. International Returns

  • International customers may return items at their own expense. Shipping, duties, and taxes are non-refundable.
